The progression is varied: walking along the banks, on boulders, short de-escalations, abseils to cross the waterfalls, jumps, swimming and baths in the basins. The supervision is ensured by a qualified canyon guide who knows the sites of the massif and the region particularly well. We offer two levels of training: gentle or spicy adventure!
